MORE INFORMATION ON CLASSES

Each class will be 10-14 people.

Each person will have their intial consultation and strategy session scheduled.

When your whole body and microbiome test comes back will be the best time to schedule your consultation. Prior to that consultation you will send back your personal analysis.  Please send the personal analysis back as soon as possible. They are time consuming for both of us.  

Classes and all educational papers are in the members section online. This will include the analysis forms.

You will have your own sign-in and password for the class.

There are 12 weekly classes which are 15 minutes to 1/2 hour.

We will meet on Zoom once a week for a group discussion. 

It will be up to each individual, but, would love for each person in the group to have a sharing-buddy within the group to talk to daily or weekly.  I find this extremely beneficial for results. You may also sign up with a friend to be that sharing buddy as well but both of you would need to sign up together before the class is filled.  

There is a discussion room online where you can ask questions. Once a question is answered in the discussion room, it will be posted to the online Question and Answer section where anyone can look.
