Enjoy several program options to choose from. All programs come with videos and downloads to help you succeed. The programs are personalized for you. Each program comes with a complete assessment and up to a one-hour assessment call. If you choose the testing option, you will receive an additional one-on-one assessment of the test plus a report. The test is highly recommended.
There are 4 - ($499), ) and 8 - ($799) one-on-one sessions available. Additional sessions available at $125 for 2 added one-on-one sessions.
Digestive testing is an additional $605

The Ultimate Coaching Program
Includes the videos and downloads, the digestive test, valued at $605, and has 12 one-on-one sessions, and includes mindful habits with intuitive eating with a total cost of $1,400.
